How do you get to Carnegie Hall…?

Wanna be a great dancer but don’t have rhythm, then practice! According to research, in order to be really great at something you need to put time into it. Talent will only take you so far. This concept is not new. It was popularized by Malcolm Gladwell in his book “Outliers” but here another take on it.

I friend of mine recommended this very inspiring work. It’s about how our thoughts guide our actions which in turn shapes our circumstances. In essence, things don’t happen to us, we bring them upon ourselves. It’s an old text so the language maybe awkward. Give it a read and let me know if you agree or disagree.
